LU'BRIC, a. [L. lubricus, slippery.]
- Having a smooth surface; slippery; as, a lubric throat. – Crashaw.
- Wavering; unsteady; as, the lubric waves of state.
- Lascivious; wanton; lewd. This lubric and adulterate age. – Dryden. [This word is now little used.]
