TILL'ER, n.
- One who tills; a husbandman; a cultivator; a plowman.
- The bar or lever employed to turn the rudder of a ship.
- A small drawer; a till.
- Among farmers, the shoot of a plant, springing from the root or bottom of the original stalk; also, the sprout or young tree that springs from the root or stump.
