CE'RIN, n. [L. cera, wax.]
- A peculiar substance which precipitates on evaporation, from alcohol, which has been digested on grated cork. – Ure.
- The part of common wax which dissolves in alcohol. – Dr. John.
- A variety of the mineral Allanite.
